What we collect

When you use our form, we collect what you type: your first name, email, phone (if you give it), town, the services you're interested in, preferred days or times, how you heard about us, your message, and whether you ticked the email box.

Before a first session, we ask you to fill in a private intake and consent form. That's the only place we ask about your health, and it's never collected through this website.

Why we collect it

Who sees it

Only Anne Marie and Cole. Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions as our service provider. Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail), which processes messages as our service provider. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Email us any time and we'll remove it.

How to see it or ask us to delete it

Email AuricFlow2026@gmail.com. We'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
