Our story
Auric Flow began with love. Anne Marie and Cole have been together since early 2026, and they are partners in life as well as in business. In August, Cole fractured two vertebrae in his neck in a mountain-biking accident. We spent several frightening hours at the hospital, thinking he might need surgery, and went home grateful: Cole in a neck brace, under his doctors' care. Through the weeks that followed, Anne Marie gave Cole Reiki regularly. Those quiet hours were the calmest part of a hard time, and they stayed with us.
We knew we wanted to offer that same calm, caring space to other people. On a drive to a pumpkin patch one October weekend, we decided Small Business Week was the week to make it official. We registered Auric Flow on October 19, 2026, and started meeting our neighbours across Grey-Bruce.
Today Anne Marie, a Reiki Master, gives Reiki and BioTuning, our optional sound add-on. Cole holds Reiki Level 1 (Usui), is first aid and CPR certified, looks after bookings and gives BioTuning. Sessions are for adults 18+.

Reiki Master (Usui Shiki Ryoho, 2023) · Reiki and BioTuning
Anne Marie Mader is a Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition (Master/Teacher, 2023). Her sessions are gentle and unhurried. You lie fully clothed on a table while she works with her hands resting lightly on, or just above, you. Reiki is a Japanese practice that works with what practitioners call universal life energy, or ki. Anne Marie offers it as a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a sense of balance and well-being. Her presence is calm, warm and grounded.
Anne Marie feels a calling to share her gift of Reiki and to care for others: an unforgettable hour, a space to let go and feel lighter.

Cole Smith
Reiki Level 1 (Usui) · BioTuning, PEMF and operations
Cole is one of the two partners behind Auric Flow. He runs operations and bookings, so when you message us, it's usually Cole who writes back. He holds Reiki Level 1 (Usui) and is first aid and CPR certified. In sessions, Cole gives BioTuning, our optional sound add-on: tuning forks that rest lightly on the body or are held close, so you can feel the vibration, and soft audio through over-ear headphones. Cole also runs our PEMF sessions on the iMRS Prime. He brings a love of technology and a care for people to every session. Together, we offer a combination of Reiki, sound and PEMF that we haven't come across anywhere else in Grey-Bruce. He's calm, practical and happy to answer any question about how a session works.
How we work with others
We're looking to build meaningful collaborations with other practitioners in Grey-Bruce rather than seeing them as competition. We believe independent practitioners who share the goal of giving clients exceptional service, while supporting themselves, are stronger when they work together.
